The Siri Remote 2nd Generation is a remote control device that was designed, manufactured, and currently sold by Apple since 2021 as part of the Apple Remote series. The device has been introduced on April 20, 2021, released alongside the new Apple TV 4K 2021 on May 21, 2021, and its price started at $59.
The all-new Siri Remote features a new Clickpad control with gesture and swipes support, Power Button that controls a TV, Mute Button, and Siri Button on the side.
This Siri Remote has been updated on October 18, 2022, while Apple TV 4K 2022 was released. From that moment Siri Remote features a USB-C charging port instead of the Lightning port.
