The tvOS 11 is an operating system that was designed, developed by Apple from 2017 to 2018. The system has been introduced on September 19, 2017, and was preinstalled on the Apple TV 4K and Apple TV HD. This software gets the last update (11.4.1) on July 9, 2018, and later has been replaced by a newer version of tvOS 12.
tvOS 11 features new Home Screen Sync, automatic appearance switching that changes between Dark and Light modes based on local sunrise/sunset, AirPods support, and 4K content on the new Apple TV 4K. The TV app will be available in additional countries.
