The Apple MacBook Pro 15-inch Late 2008 is a notebook computer designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple from 2008 to 2009 as part of the MacBook Pro computers. The computer was introduced on October 14, 2008, and its price started at $1,999.

The new MacBook Pro features a 2.4 / 2.53 or 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a 15.4″ TFT Display, a new aluminum unibody case, 2 GB or 4 GB of RAM, 250 GB or 320 GB hard drive, slot-loading 8x DVD-R/CD-RW dual-layer “SuperDrive”, built-in Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, FireWire “800”, iSight camera, ambient light sensor, illuminated keyboard, and 256 MB NVIDIA GeForce 9400M GT graphics in the base model.
