The Apple Power Macintosh 7300 is a personal computer that was designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple in 1997 as part of the Power Macintosh series of Macintosh computers. The computer has been introduced on February 17, 1997, and its price started at $2100.
The new Power Macintosh features a 166 MHz / 180 MHz or 200 MHz PowerPC 604e processor, 16 MB or 32 MB of RAM, 2 GB hard drive, 12x CD-ROM drive, and 1.44 MB floppy drive.
At the same time, Apple offered a PC version of Power Macintosh 7300 shipped with a 166 MHz Intel Pentium processor dedicated to MS-DOS or Windows.
This Macintosh has been discontinued on November 11, 1997.
