The Apple Power Mac G5 Mid 2004 is a personal computer that was designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple from 2004 to 2005 as part of the Power Mac G5 series of Power Macintosh computers. The computer has been introduced on June 9, 2004, and its price started at $1999.
The new Power Mac G5 features a Dual 1.8 GHz / Dual 2 GHz or Dual 2.5 GHz PowerPC 970fx G5 processor, 256 MB or 512 MB of RAM, 80 GB or 160 GB hard drive, 8x DVD-R/CD-RW “SuperDrive” and 64 MB NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 Ultra graphics in the base model.
This Power Mac has been discontinued on April 27, 2005.
