Macintosh Performa 577

The Macintosh Performa 577 is a personal computer that was designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple from 1994 to 1996 as part of the Macintosh Performa series of Macintosh computers. The computer has been introduced on February 1, 1994.

The new Performa 577 features a 33 MHz Motorola 68LC040 processor, 14″ Color CRT display, 5 MB of RAM, 320 MB hard drive, 2x CD-ROM drive, and 1.44 MB floppy drive.

Performa 577 is identical to the Macintosh Performa 575, except that 577 has a 320 MB hard drive instead of 250 MB.

This Performa has been discontinued on April 1, 1996.
