The Apple iPod nano (PRODUCT) RED 2nd Generation is a portable MP3 player that was designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple from 2006 to 2007 as part of the iPod series. The iPod has been introduced on October 13, 2006, and its price started at $199.
The new iPod nano features a lightweight aluminum case in different colors, a 1.5-inch 16-bit Color LED-backlit LCD screen, 24 hours of battery life, 4 GB or 8 GB of flash memory, a Dock Connector for charging and syncing, and a standard 3.5-mm headphone jack.
This iPod has been discontinued on September 5, 2007.
