The Apple iMac (Original iMac) is a personal computer that was designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple from 1998 to 1999 as part of the iMac series. The computer has been introduced on May 6, 1998, and its price started at $1299.

The all-new iMac features a 233 MHz PowerPC 750 G3 processor, 15″ CRT Display, 32 MB of RAM, 4 GB hard drive, 24x CD-ROM tray-loading drive, and 2 MB ATI Rage IIc graphics in the base model.

This iMac has been discontinued on January 5, 1999, and has been replaced by iMac in 5 Flavors.

Today original iMac is 25 years old!
