The Apple III Plus is a personal computer that was designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple from 1983 to 1985 as part of the Apple III series. The computer has been introduced on 1 December 1983 and its price started at $2995. The computer features a 1.4 MHz MOS Technology 6502B processor, 256 KB of RAM, 4 KB of ROM, optional 5 MB Apple ProFile hard drive, 140 KB 5.25” floppy drive, and built-in 74-key ASCII keyboard. The product has been discontinued on 24 April 1984.
