The Apple Cinema 20-inch Display with DVI port (Aluminum) is an LCD Display that was designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple from 2004 to 2009, as part of the Apple Cinema Display series. This Display has been introduced on June 28, 2004, and its price started at $1299.
The new Cinema Display features a 20” TFT LCD Screen (1680 x 1050), DVI port, USB 2.0 and FireWire “400” connection, 16.7 million colors, 400:1 contrast ratio, 170° viewing angle, and VESA mounting interface standard.
On August 7, 2006, the Display had a silent upgrade that boosted the brightness to 300 cd/m², viewing angle to 178°, contrast ratio to 700:1, and response time to 14 ms.
This Cinema Display has been discontinued on February 19, 2009.
